The AMZCHEF might be no-frills, but it's a solid choice for the money, especially if you're only looking to make a glass or two of juice at a time and don't have a lot of kitchen space to spare. The AMZCHEF Slow Juicer ZM1501 is a good entry-level slow juicer, available in a wide choice of colors. It’s simple to use, and simple to clean up and I found its juice to be good, although extraction was only average and the small feeder tube slows down prep. If you’re on a tight budget or just getting started, this is a good choice.

We like a lot about the AmzChef ZM1501 Slow Juicer Machine. The auger design is one of our favourite things. It has seven different segments to process your fruits and vegetables to the absolute max—this means you’ll have plenty of juice and as little waste as possible. And since it only spins at 90-110 RPM, you won’t have any of the nutrient loss that you see with faster (and heat-producing) juicers.

During our test, we noticed that all the juices we made (carrot-orange juice, green juice, and strawberry juice) came out beautifully and with a nice consistency. TIPS FOR AMZCHEF SLOW MASTICATING JUICER
1. Driking a cup of the juice beverage with your breakfast, your body is better able to absorb and use various nutrients.
2. Juicing fruits and vegetables together helps to balance nutrition, mainly vegetables, supplemented by fruits.
3. Freshly squeezed juice can be kept in the refrigerator for 72 hours, it is best to drink it immediately after squeezing to preserve the nutrients.
4. Fruit with skin, such as citrus, grapefruit etc. It taste bitter when you juicing with skin. In order to avoid affecting the taste of fruit juice, please add it appropriately according to your personal taste.
5. Slow masticating juicer is suitable for the processing of rhizome food raw materials. The juice yield is as high as 90% and the pulp is dry. Cucumber, grape and other food raw materials have high water content and are difficult to grind.
6. In addition to adding water to dilute vegetable juice, you can also choose sugar free soybean milk and coconut water to improve the flavor.
7. Acidic fruits such as lemon, citrus and lime have natural citric acid. Our accessories are made of high-quality food grade antioxidant materials, which are not resistant to strong acid. Please avoid squeezing a large amount of acidic ingredients fruit at one time or soaking and washing immediately after use.
8. To avoid accessories getting rusty or cannot be removed, please disassemble and clean the accessories immediately after using, it will contribute to prolonging their service life.
