Returns

 

 

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your AMZCHEF products.
  • To be eligible for a return, the appliance must be in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and manuals.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling fees associated with the return.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned appliance, we will issue a refund or store credit, depending on your preference.

 

Refunds

 

 

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your AMZCHEF products. If 30 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
  • To be eligible for a refund, the appliance must be in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and manuals.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned appliance, we will issue a refund within 7-10 business days.

Order Cancellation

  • Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting AMZCHEF via email or phone.
  • If the order has already shipped, a double shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Additionally, a 2% transaction fee be deducted from your refund.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order unconditionally if it exceeds available inventory or includes 10 or more units without prior approval.

 

Late Or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
  • If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@iamzchef.com.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.

Shipping Fees

  • Please contact our Customer service at email to get the return address.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
