AMZCHEF Portable Induction Cooktop 1800W Countertop Commercial

Received this item for Christmas...damaged noted to top of cooktop. I reached out to company and their customer service could not have handled this issue any better!! I was offered a refund, but wanted the cooktop. I received the cooktop today and it was 100% perfect! I would recommend this item as customer service will definitely resolve any issues. This is an excellent induction cooker; it is very professional. Normally, I don't need it, but it's easy to store. I bought it for my restaurant during busy times, allowing me to have an extra pot for cooking soup. It doesn’t take up much space when in use. It can handle more weight than a regular induction cooker and heats very well. I really like it.

I love this burner. the only drawback is that you need an adaptor for the top if you don't have induction pots and pans. I bought it for my pressure canner because it gives you consistent heat. It takes longer for the canner too heat up with the adaptor.

I had purchased this to have a 2nd cooktop for pressure canning our veggies etc. I wanted 2 pressure canner going at the same time. I have a glass top stove and I do process one pressure canner, 23 quart to be exact. I purchased a 2nd pressure canner in preparing for this coming garden season. This thing got my pressure canner up to full pressure in less then 10 minutes! I was honestly surprised at how fast this thing worked. 100 % happy with my purchased, mass canning is happening in my near future!
