A smooth, creamy dessert with only 4 ingredients!

You’ll Need:

  • 5 lemons (you’ll use the juice and the peels for serving cups)

  • 1/2 cup strawberry purée (from about 5 oz. fresh or frozen strawberries)

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

Step 1: Prep the Lemons

  1. Slice lemons lengthwise.

  2. Scoop out the inside into a bowl.

  3. Muddle the pulp to release the juice.

  4. Strain through a sieve to remove seeds and pulp.

  5. Measure out 5 tablespoons of juice.

  6. Save the lemon peels to use as little cups!

    • 3/4 cup sugar

  2. Heat over medium and stir until sugar dissolves.

  3. Bring to a boil, stir constantly for 3 minutes.

Step 4: Add Lemon and Strawberry

  1. Remove from heat.

  2. Whisk in:

    • 5 tablespoons lemon juice

    • 1/2 cup strawberry purée

  3. Let it sit for 10 minutes (it will start to thicken).
